Buy an extra long phone cord or a cordless phone so that you are not limited to where you can take your calls. Sitting in one spot can become veryuncomfortable. There are also headsets available with and without cords. Make sure you can hear clearly on whatever equipment you have. You will be more tired if you can't hear well. If you are using a cordless phone, make sure to have a battery back up charged, within arm's reach and ready for the switch at all times!
